Finish (or skip) the welcome wizard
Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.

Marks the welcome wizard done for the signed-in person (the Community Edition: for the workspace), so the
dashboard no longer opens it on its own. name, when given, is how the person wants to be called: the
name of the account they own (the sidebar shows it), and theirs. Dashboard sessions only.
