Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.

Called by Stripe, not by clients. Verified with the Stripe-Signature header and
STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET; each event is applied once. Handles
checkout.session.completed and customer.subscription.*.
