Permanently delete a collection and its posts (collections:delete)
Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.
Requires collections:delete; collections:write alone answers 403.
The Default collection (is_default) cannot be deleted (409).
