Prometheus metrics

Prometheus metrics (text exposition format 0.0.4)

Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.

Allowed for direct requests from this machine (loopback peer, local Host, no proxy/Origin headers) or with Authorization: Bearer <METRICS_TOKEN>. Everything else gets 404.
