Meta's Deauthorize callback (Instagram, Facebook, Threads)
Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.

Meta posts a signed_request (signed with the app's secret) when someone removes the app from their
account; their channels turn Needs reconnect. Set as the app's Deauthorize callback URL.
