Begin connecting an OAuth platform through a connect link (no credentials)
Every request sends Authorization: Bearer ...: the access token in local mode, an API key stk_... in cloud mode. Use Send to try it against your cloud instance with your API key.

Like startChannelOAuth, but the signed state names the link instead of a session, so the callback connects the account in the link's workspace without anyone signed in. The state and the link are pinned to this browser with short-lived cookies.
