Plan & usage
Check your plan, its trial or renewal, this month's usage, add-ons, the card on file and the invoices.
Plan & usage shows which plan your workspace is on, how close you are to its limits and, on
Staqly Cloud, its billing. Check it when something stops working with a "limit reached" error
(HTTP 402), or before adding more channels, webhooks or API keys. In Staqly Community Edition there are
no limits and no billing: the plan is always Unlocked.
Open Settings → Plan & usage, Plan & usage (or Billing, for those who manage it) in the user menu, or search for Plan & usage in the command palette (⌘ K). Everyone in the workspace sees the plan and the usage; the billing (next payment, add-ons, card and invoices) and its buttons are for owners and admins, and paying is for the account owner.
The plan
The top of the page names the plan (Starter, Plus, Pro or Business) and where it stands:
| Status | What it means | Buttons |
|---|---|---|
| Trial · N days left | Starter's free 7-day trial (card required), once per workspace and one workspace of an account at a time. It counts down to the end of the trial; the card on file is charged then. | Manage billing, Change plan |
| Active | A subscription is paid. | Manage billing, Change plan |
| Payment failed | Stripe could not charge the card; the plan runs until the end of the paid period plus a few days. | Manage billing |
| Ends a date | The subscription is set to stop and will not renew. | Manage billing, Change plan |
| Read-only | The trial or paid period ended unpaid. You can still read and export everything. | Choose a plan |
| No plan yet | A new workspace before its trial starts. | Start free trial |
Under it: the price per user (excl. VAT), the seats (every member is billed) and, for owners and admins, the next payment (e.g. €87 on Nov 10, 2026, 3 users × €29).
Usage
One meter each for this calendar month (UTC): Posts this month (resets on the 1st), Channels, Webhooks, API keys, Storage, Alerts and X posts this month, each against its limit (∞ when unlimited). A meter shows Almost full above 80 % and Limit reached at the limit; a limit raised by an add-on says so (15 + 10 from Channels pack). Below the meters:
- Posts created this period, counted by their current status. Each count opens the posts list with that filter;
- Webhook delivery: deliveries Queued for their first attempt, Retrying after a failure, and Failed after every retry (redeliver them from Webhooks);
- the largest file you can upload on the plan.
Add-ons and extra X posts (cloud)
- Extra X posts: the posts bought on top of the plan's monthly X posts, how many are left and when they expire. Buy more X posts (account owner) opens the bundles (200 for €10, 1,000 for €40, 4,000 for €150, excl. VAT) and Stripe Checkout; they appear when Stripe confirms the payment.
- Add-ons (owners and admins): each with its price per month or year. Add charges the rest of the billing period now; Remove stops it and credits the unused rest on the next invoice.
Payments (cloud, owners and admins)
The page reads Stripe each time it opens. Staqly stores no card data.
- Payment method: the cards on file (brand, last four digits, expiry), the default one marked. Update opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Invoices: every invoice Stripe has for the workspace, newest first, 24 at a time (Show older invoices loads more), with a link to Stripe's invoice page (View, or Pay for an open one) and the PDF. When payments go through Stripe Managed Payments, Link sells the subscription and emails the receipts and invoices; the page says where to find them.
Change plan
| Where | How |
|---|---|
| Choose a plan, Change plan | Opens the plan picker with a Monthly / Yearly switch. Without a subscription, a plan opens Stripe Checkout; with one, it switches the subscription at once (Stripe prorates). After paying you come back to Plan & usage; the plan changes as soon as Stripe confirms (a toast says Payment received or Plan changed). Paying needs the account owner. |
| Manage billing | Opens the Stripe customer portal: change the card, download invoices or cancel. Shown to the account owner once the workspace has a Stripe customer. |
Every plan can download a workspace export in Settings → Data & privacy. On Starter it is data only, without the media files; backups, the export with the files and the activity log export come with Plus and above. See Data export.
See Plans & limits for what each plan includes.
Through the API
GET /v1/workspace/usage (every member) answers the plan and the usage; trial_ends_at is when the
trial ends (plan_expires_at adds a few days of payment grace to a Stripe-billed period).
GET /v1/billing/details (scope admin) answers the subscription, the cards and the invoices
(starting_after pages them). See the API reference.

Schedules
Give a collection a publishing rhythm, pick which posts go out, and let a schedule ask your agent or an endpoint for new posts when the collection runs dry.
